Hey good morning so it is Saturday June 12th and as I’ve indicated over the past few weeks, my intent is to share my ongoing story of training for the Air Force Marathon. So I actually come to you guys today from a different location. I am at another one of my favorite places in northwest Ohio – Farnsworth Metropark.
Hey everyone – this is my first official training long run for the Air Force Marathon. As you start a training schedule be sure to have an appropriate base in place and also have the essentials – watch, ROAD iD, sunglasses, hat and water belt. More on these in future videos.
Today is Saturday, May 29th and I am back at Wildwood in Toledo, Ohio getting ready to do my next run. I wrote down a couple things today that I wanted to talk about. I have to kind of chuckle because on the way over here this morning, I got to thinking that Dave’s Running Group here in Toledo does what’s called their Marathon In Training or MIT.
So good morning everybody, I’m at Wildwood Metropark in my hometown of Toledo and I’m getting ready to do a four mile run today. This is, I guess the second weekend of my training for my fall marathon. I’m actually going to be running in the Air Force Marathon down in Dayton.
